Chinar, the yearly multilingual magazine of Government Degree College (GDC) Bijbehara, is committed to promoting academic, literary, and creative excellence. The magazine serves as a platform for students, faculty, and researchers to publish original and thought-provoking content across diverse disciplines. The editorial board upholds the following principles:

  1. Inclusivity and Diversity: Contributions in multiple languages, including English, Urdu, Kashmiri, and Hindi, are encouraged to reflect cultural and intellectual diversity.

  2. Quality and Originality: All submissions must be original and unpublished. Plagiarized content or submissions that violate copyright laws will not be accepted.

  3. Review and Selection: Submissions undergo a rigorous review process by the editorial board to ensure they meet academic and literary standards.

  4. Freedom of Expression: The magazine encourages free expression of ideas while maintaining respect for diverse perspectives and avoiding offensive or defamatory content.
