View AbstractThis paper presents an overview of Chinar, the multilingual college magazine of Government Degree College (GDC) Bijbehara. Chinar serves as a platform for academic, literary, and creative expression, welcoming contributions in multiple languages, including English, Urdu, Kashmiri, and Hindi. The magazine fosters intellectual engagement through research articles, essays, poetry, and creative writing. This issue invites interdisciplinary submissions on literature, science, history, and contemporary debates, following ALA and MLA citation styles. Submissions undergo a peer-review process to ensure quality and relevance. By promoting diverse perspectives, Chinar contributes to scholarly and artistic discourse within and beyond the institution.
